- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue while sneezing and coughing.
- Consult a doctor if you're feeling sick (fever, difficulty in breathing and cough). If you've got these symptoms please call on the 24X7 helpline number at 1075. Throw used tissues into closed bins immediately.
- Practice frequent hand washing. Clean hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED FOR GETTING COVID-19 TESTED:
- Government Photo-ID: Preferably Aadhar Card
- Duly filled patient information form as per format

You will need to bring
- Your aadhaar card with photocopy of both, front and back sides very very important a valid photo id/ address proof working contact number
- Previous RT-PCR test reportsvery very important
- The sample will be collected at the centre, 8.00am onwards.
- The report will be ready after.
- 24hours of giving the test sample.
The charges for rtpcr for COVID-19 are SAME as fixed by the government, 700rs
and for home collection of covid rtpcr sample, rate is 900rs.
